Meet Dr. Jen
Dr. Jen has an uncanny ability to break an awkward silence in any room and crack a smile from even the shyest person. She is an extremely talented and accomplished orthodontist!
Originally a pre-medical student in Philadelphia, Dr. Jen found her calling when she witnessed the multidisciplinary effort required to manage cleft lip and palate treatment on a child involving an orthodontic specialist.
She went on to earn her Master’s degree in Health Sciences from Drexel University in Pennsylvania, a dual degree in Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry and a Master of Public Health from the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health and her Certificate in Orthodontics at the prestigious New York University.
Dr. Jen is a Philly girl, raised in Allentown, Pennsylvania but she always considered herself a Cali girl at heart; afterall she was born in the heart of Los Angeles at the Queen of Angels Hospital. After several years in practice, she fell in love with the South Bay. In a true go-getter fashion, she proudly jumped into practice ownership of an office in the heart of Torrance with a legacy that spans three generations!
A lifelong student, Dr. Jen is dedicated to the latest cutting-edge orthodontic technology, products, and research. She is fearless and she is smart and while her academic achievements are impressive, Dr. Jen is also known for putting patient relationships first and creating unique, exceptional experiences for every one of her patients.
Dr. Jen starts each day with a smile. She credits this to her sassy french bulldog Jira nuzzling in her face every morning. When Dr. Jen is not creating what she calls beautiful “Jenuine” smiles, you can find her working on Jira’s social media game (find her on Instagram @jirathefrenchie) or going on foodie adventures with her husband and daughter. If you’re looking for a fun and friendly orthodontist who is dedicated to making each of your visits special, she’s the one for you!
Meet Your Treatment Coordinator: Henry
You will see Henry at your new patient exam and observation appointments. He is your resource to any and all things orthodontics and will help you find a way to get your new smile journey started!
Fun fact, Henry is Dr. Jen’s older brother!
Outside the office, he has a passion for fixing up old cars! Ask him any car questions and he’ll know it!
Meet Your Patient Coordinator: Alison
You will see Alison throughout your treatment here, whether that be greeting you at the front desk or calling to remind you of your appointment.
Originally from Oahu, Hawaii - she has lived in Torrance for 3 decades. She is "Grandma" to 5 little ones.
Meet Your Orthodontic Assistant: Oscar
You will see Oscar assisting Dr. Jen on most procedures. He has worked alongside Dr. Jen since 2020 and knows her treatment philosophy inside and out!
Outside of the office, he enjoys catching Pokemon, watch Anime, and making youtube video content.
